The Cy-Fair ISD Wells Elementary School renovation project includes various security upgrades and campus improvements. Security upgrades consists of modifying open concept floor plans, a front security vestibule, installation of impact resistant glass, additional card access control and lock-down buttons, and secure fencing around the playgrounds. Campus improvements include maximizing generator backed power for all telecommunications and dedicated HVAC units to telecommunication rooms.
