Project : Grotto and Pavilion

The first phase of this two-phase program includes heavy civil construction allowing for future building development. Construction included site utilities, a detention pond, and approximately 200 new parking spaces with driveways. Phase 2 consists of a new 4,700 square- foot basketball/volleyball pavilion with restrooms and storage, a new 1,250 square-foot stand-alone storage building, and a new 230 square-foot Grotto with a Rosary walk. The Grotto is wood framed with applied masonry, cast stone, and sealed cedar exposed beams.
