Client Specific and Flexible

Paradigm prides itself in creating a custom approach to achieve a client’s goals. That includes the contract method for execution. Discussing the project requirements and constraints early on allows for the best alignment of the contract method to the best interest of all stakeholders. Paradigm has experience with multiple delivery methods including:


Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) is a delivery method in which the owner selects a builder early in the process to partner with all stakeholders from design through construction and beyond. This approach commits the Construction Manager to deliver a project within a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and schedule based on a set of construction documents and specifications.


Design-build is a delivery method that combines the design team and general contractor, making one single point of contact and accountability, allowing for more effective communication and collaboration between team members, creating value, and building relationships.


The cost-plus construction delivery method is a contract agreement where the owner pays the actual cost of construction plus a predetermined fee to the contractor.
